right now, we're still at the base stage. if you've got any questions or anything specific you think we should negotiate out of them, that'd help a lot. i think the big thing is figuring out whatever they're using for their alertness items to see if we can come up with a more longterm solution to the affliction, and to see how much access scrap has to the deceased based off your and shoma's theory.

it is kind of hard to shake that feeling off, huh? but if it's real, then i'm glad.
I am too. I'm really trying very hard not to think that there's a catch, nor do I want to assume that Viktor returning is an omen. But with him being here, I feel even more motivated to get the others back.

Hm... well, day to day things, you know? Our homes, interesting things that happened like Gregor being haunted by birds, what happened at trial, etc. Also went overnight camping in the cliffs in one of the earlier planets when he was running away from everyone teasing him about the goat...

got my hands on a short research journal about the pink haze by a william oscar bridgerton:
CEM waves are a strange element found in the galaxy that hasn't been studied quite enough. It shows in countless of frequencies, likely the potential of their effects are beyond our understanding. Upon seeing the initial gathering of a storm where many CEM wave frequencies come together, we have noticed that the waves become visible. It is not in the way of usual galactic storm clouds, those come after the storm is formed. Instead, they take on the appearance of a pink haze, mist, or clouds.
There have been records of a couple of sightings. The sightings are extremely few, so we are unsure if it's the trick of the eye or not. I believe a pattern is still worth noting to record and keep in mind for future studies. It would help us understand the nature of this spreading phenomenon and learn to mitigate its influence. There was an article that referenced a mysterious object that could be a ward which interests me greatly, but that is a temporary solution or a viewfinder to the problem at hand. Seeking the source and destroying it could prevent the waves from spreading and taking over. Ideally, this would exterminate them.
We have tried to gather a sample and extract data from it, but the physical form would disappear from sight and we are left with similar results to usual CEM waves. I still believe that this element is completely foreign from this dimension.
