[ god it is so immediately obvious that he is not used to gett ing this many hugs, but there's something about yuri that makes it a bit easier, so after the briefest of moments where he awkwardly stiffens up, it melts away and he returns it to hug her a little more properly.

[ awwww. well, okay. the joking fades away with that, and he huffs, actually returning the hug - giving her a tight squeeze, and gently folding his hand against the back of her head to hold her there properly. ]
