They're very expensive to use where I come from. I barely had money to support myself of basic needs. I think... rifles especially, were most expensive, but it was more about the bullets.

They have permits where I'm from. You're supposed to have a full background check and everything, to stop people with violent crime on their record getting one. But it's not impossible to slip the net and get one without any of that.
