Mmm, it's a little less a matter of comfort. It's pretty hard for Relivers to change in personality, no matter how many years they're around! Monsieur Scien has also been exactly the same for all the time I've known him.

Well, you see... Monsieur Scien is so hard to ruffle and views things in such a strange way that he probably couldn't even tell you any "big events" in his life if you asked him! Even creating life-saving technology is just another day to him.

Monsieur Scien is never okay. [DOUBLE HELP.] But! That's just how he is. He clearly didn't have much of a reactive personality even beforehand, and he refuses to do anything to change it! That's why it's up to the people around him to try pushing him into situations that might get a fun reaction.
