Ever heard of fake it till you make it? Bein' confident is at least 75% pretending you're more comfortable in a situation than you really are until you're so used to it, you own that shit like a boss. That or you can be born a crazy bitch like me, but I did go to jail, like... a lot. So as a licensed therapist I would recommend the first one.
