It was a sack... and it had a strange egg in it. It reminded me of a monster egg, but I tried helping it hatch and... there were so many rats.

... Did they give us their rats?

I don't think so. I recall being told that the rats are "taller than Eunhyuk". These were small and very numerous. And very... not cute. They were more akin to monster rats.

... I really don't under this monster egg, then. Or why the bag had my name on it?

They were all trying to merge into a singular giant rat, but I beat them up with the practice sword and the mining lamp. I wonder if it was meant to say "for charles", since things get garbled in the transition, I think.

... I hope our distant friends aren't trying to send me monster rats?

... Luckily, there was a log after all that, but it was very... weird. The actual log itself disappeared, but I made a handwritten copy.

[ But let her catch her breath first and just plop down on the field. ]

... Good to know that you didn't, uh, go through all that for nothing. Definitely get some rest while you can, though.

I'll put on some cream for now. I'm still sore from yesterday...

[ After that, she gets out the eucalyptus cream. Sorry, she's gonna be smelling like this for a while as she puts it on her hands.
