... Yes. They're known to have restaurants full of delicacies, but it's heavily implied that they're made from human meat. It's normal to an extent. I don't eat human flesh...

I hate that I can't say that doesn't happen where I'm from-- but not to the point that someone would open restaurants with an open enough rumour that the meat was human. It'd be a locked down secret if there was.
