Mm, I don't think it's a calling card. But it was something in a message from the other side of things, so I wanted to look into it. How relevant it's going to be, I don't know.

[ Yuri looks at her hands. There are small rusty spots, because she had a lot of cuts from the cyoa too, but there are also old things. Over 50% of her body has some sort of rust on it. Her face just has rust over a wide area surrounding where her right eye is supposedly is and some to the cheek. Her ears are free though? Wow. Her forehead was clear, but now it isn't. Old stuff that healed coming back to haunt her is really showing right now.

Also, she doesn't want to name those places where she isn't injured, because what if that's a question where Shu wants to be allowed to touch or kiss? That's embarrassing. Help. But it's fine. She has clothes over them all. ]

I'm... not sure about the injuries. I think there needs to be more context with the flower though. On its own, it probably doesn't mean much...

It only hurts if someone makes skin-to-skin contact. If it's hit with a weapon, it doesn't hurt.

[ This is the transition where Yuri takes Shu to the combat room. The lockers have something about EVA suits made for using in the combat room, but does Yuri want to wear that? Not really... anyway, she finished drinking her coffee and plucks a training sword from the armory. She didn't bring her practice sword with her, but she's been keeping up with practice fights. She feels a little jittery... maybe it's the coffee. ]

... I'm ready.

[ love them looking at the EVA suits and going 'actually, no'. shu will also be sipping the last of his coffee and setting the cup down before going and examining the wall display for a suitable weapon. knife versus sword is fine but he knows he's gonna have a disadvantage in reach.
