...I get it. When it's big like that, and enough people know about it, it must be really hard to shake the stigma off or even get people to understand how it wasn't actually something you did.

Scien actually hired me to do be his research assistant several days ago. I went to talk to him after the trial, and... it doesn't seem like he's going to see things through with me. However, he told me what I could do to go there and provide the proof so that the other Scien there would believe me.
Oh. [ this makes some sense, actually, and he considers this for a moment. for some reason he does not at all seem shocked to hear about another scien either, simply nodding along. ]
...we definitely have some time to think things through and decide where to go when the tour's over. But it sounds like a pretty good opportunity.

Well... I certainly learned some things, but I had to pry it out of Gregor. He tried his best, and I can't fault for him for wanting to hide it from me.
The reluctance makes it sound like he had good reasons to hide it. [ i.e. something bad. ] ...but at least all of you are on the same page again, right? That has to help a little.
They're both after the time that I was pulled from. They remember the same thing I do, though I haven't asked about everything. I'll assume that it's the case, since there are many similarities.
