I went on a mission with Rosamund and Nodd to clear the storm for the ship. When we approached it, it turned into a dark, abandoned manor. Behind each door were... aspects of our lives, but they were warped to be our "ideal" situations. For me, it was as if L Corp never collapsed and went under.

So I was still working at L Corp with all my coworkers. Yes, the job was still dangerous, but I still preferred it over losing my eye and turned into a social pariah for something I couldn't help.
Even now, it's a little hard to differentiate the real and fake memories. I don't think this is out of desire either, because I want to forget about that memory as soon as I can.
