Yes and no. I've managed people who have communication styles different than what I'm used to. Psychic beings, individuals who can't speak, dogs. But I think part of managing someone is to find a way to communicate with them effectively.

That's true. I was wondering how others would go about doing it. For similar work, I had to observe the subject to figure out how to handle them effectively. It made me think that I was taking the ability to talk for granted back then.
